Lauren's first comment on Heidi and Spencer's Wedding!

Lauren has a comment: "No Comment." We know, we know. There will be an official comment on the Season Finale of The Hills next monday. But some of us don't want to wait that long! Conrad was asked for her statement about the nuptials at the grand opening of the D&G store on Robertson
.“No thoughts,"she told the press. "I don’t think any good has come out of me having an opinion on their relationship. We’ll keep it at that."
Since when did Lauren not care what Spencer and Heidi thought? I'm smelling a 'newlyweds-esque' mtv spinoff here... Full Story HERE.

Brandon Flowers Loves Las Vegas! Suprise? No.

Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of Rock Band The Killers, is dishing to London Metro magazine:
The older I get, the more romance I have with the desert that spawned me. It’s not just about the neon city, Elvis and Frank Sinatra – it’s the fact that being in Vegas excluded us from the ‘indie-ness’ of other places. I didn’t know that what we were doing might be considered uncool. If The Killers had been based in New York or Portland, we would’ve done things ironically… Like I said, I don’t understand why more people don’t wear sequins.
We don't know why either Brandon. We think Sequins are fully acceptable in all situations most americans find themselves in. Board room, PTA, Que at Mcdonalds, hell, you can even wear sequins to walk thedog. One place where Brandon's music and sequins are always welcome: Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, of course.

Michael Phelps doesn't have to swim anymore!

Michael Phelps, the Olympian extroadinaire, gave an interview to British paper, The Guardian, in which he said:
I was pretty terrible [low, wry laugh]. I went out quietly, on my own, and I swam a couple of miles. I didn't quite know what to expect because this is the longest time I've ever been out the pool – but I was not very good. Just not very good at all. But I'm happy I'm getting back in the water and starting to make my way back to where I need to go. Like you said, it'll just be very good to get back to some kind of ordinary routine. I've always been big on finding a rhythm to my life, which is what training gives you, and I'm looking forward to that and starting to make the run for the next four years.
In the interview, he also diclosed that the first time he was in the pool since Beijing was just last week! Michael, keeps that body tight even without the pool? We're so jealous! See the full story here.
